BEST LAYAWAYS...may be used for purchases of $100 or more with deposit of: -Stock items: 25% -Special orders: 60% deposit. UNTIL COMPLETE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, THE GOODS ARE THE PROPERTY OF DEAR LITTLE DOLLIES. Payments of at least $50 are due before the tenth of each month. To calculate the amount due for monthly payments, subtract the initial deposit from the total purchase price and divide by the number of monthly payments.

Layaway policy does not apply to SALE or discounted items. Layaways can not be cancelled by client without incurring penalty for default including possible full forfeiture of account credits. Minimum restocking charge is 25% of full price. Store credit for account balance is in discretion of Dear Little Dollies and can only be applied to outright purchase. Default of special orders will result in full forfeiture.
SHIPPING...Unless otherwise requested we ship insured via UPS standard ground service or US Postal Service. All merchandise is inspected by us before shipping. Shipping and handling charges will be quoted at the time we accept your order. Minimum S/H charge is $7.00.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS...Inspect all merchandise upon receipt and notify us immediately of shipping damage. DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Instead, report damaged shipment to Dear Little Dollies and to carrier, who will usually arrange to inspect the package at your location. Keep all packaging intact as received. If you return a damaged package without authorization, the insurance claim may not be honored, in which case we will not be responsible.
DELINQUENCY/ DEFAULT CHARGES... * One month past due accounts are "DELINQUENT" and must be corrected promptly to avoid a ten (10) dollar late charge at Dear Little Dollies' discretion. *Two month past due accounts are in "DEFAULT" and "FORFEIT" may be declared at discretion of Dear Little Dollies. Merchandise will be returned to stock and appropriate penalties/ fees charged. Absolutely No Refunds will be given. Store credit may be awarded after deduction of penalties/ fees as applicable. Minimum restocking charge is 25% of the higher of the list price or ticket price.
RETURN POLICY....All purchases are final, except for authorized returns which must be received within ten days of purchase and in mint condition. ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE AWARDED. A $25 charge will be applied for returned checks.
Our receipt of partial or complete payment for any merchandise is your acknowledgment that you have read and understood the terms set forth in the above statement of our policies, and that you agree to abide by them.
